     CHECK IN, CHECK OUT, BOOKINGS AND CONDITIONS         

 CHECK IN: IS STRICTLY AT A PREARRANGED TIME BETWEEN 2.00PM AND 6.00PM   CHECK OUT:  10 AM            Failure to check in at the prearranged time without a minimum 4 hours notice, will incur an initial $50.00 fee plus $40.00 for every hour thereafter. PLEASE NOTE ALL OTHER CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES ARE BY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT

 All bookings must be paid for in full, upon confirmation, All Payments are non refundable, credit maybe issued ( at management's discretion ) to be used at a later date. No show forfeits all money paid. Rooms and all other areas of Sefton House must be left clean and tidy or a cleaning fee from $55.00 minimum will be charged.

All Damage, Breakage, Key Loss etc Caused Directly or Indirectly By Guests or Their Visitors Must be paid For in Full Immediately, No Negotiation Will Be Entered Into.

Sefton House is a non smoking environment within the building. Outside areas permitted. You have read, understood and agree to all of the above. Any queries can be directed to management.
